Definitions

• Footprint Area is the land area occupied by the property.
• Total Floor Area is the sum of the total area of all floors of the property,including all internal and usable external spaces, such as balconies and terraces.
• Property Drawings A survey of the property is required if no scaled drawings exists of the property.
• Bill of Quantities (commonly known as BoQ or BQ) is a document that defines the quality and quantity of the works and supplies required to deliver the project.
• Gathering of Quotations involves inviting various suppliers & contractors to submit their offer using the BoQ.
